Ingredients
- 1 packet of Current noodles
- Water for boiling
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tsp chili sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Preparation
- Boil water in a pot and cook the Current noodles as per package instructions. Drain the water and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant
- Add sliced onions, bell pepper, carrot, and cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry the vegetables till they are light crisp.
- Add the Current noodles and mix the vegetables together.
- Mix soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and chili sauce in a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Stir-fry for 3 minutes for a good combination and heat.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve them hot.
